The San Gabriel Police Department is offering a unique opportunity for local citizens to become involved in their community as a volunteer part-time police officer. The Department is actively recruiting candidates for the position of Police Reserve Officer.
The Reserve Unit was established to supplement and assist regular sworn officers of the Department.
Reserve Officers are highly dedicated, hard-working citizens who contribute invaluable service to the City of San Gabriel, making it a better place to live. There is no doubt that the Department's ability to provide a high level of service to its citizens is positively affected by the active participation of the Reserve Police Officer.
