Nguyen is considered armed and dangerous and may be carrying an unknown type semi-automatic handgun. Suspect vehicle is described as a 1986 light blue 4-door Honda Accord. License Plate 3TEP206. Vehicle may have minor traffic collision damage to lower right side of rear bumper, possible white paint transfer. |

Suspect Nguyen was involved in a traffic collision with victims and offered to pay for damage in cash. Victims followed suspect to the general vicinity of suspect's home. Suspect told victims he would return with cash. Instead, suspect returned armed with an unknown semi-automatic handgun and shot at both victims striking one victim in the neck and foot. Suspect then fled the location in listed vehicle. |
